It's really refreshing to go into a repair shop and know you're going to be dealt with respectfully and honestly. Brad is a highly trained and certified mechanic with years of experience and his wife Ashleigh runs the front office with the level of efficiency which is rare nowadays, but she does it in a way that it's very open and friendly. I have two older cars which they've worked on each in the past couple of months and Brad diagnosis your problem, explains it to you in great detail cuz he wants to be sure you understand what's going on and then gives you what options are available. Over the years when I talk to my friends about car mechanics I always say it's harder to find a good, honest mechanic that a great brain surgeon, well now I found my brain surgeon. The sound the bad bearing made while getting up to speed was not too dissimilar from a WW2 Mustang at cruising altitude. After the swap, it sounds and drives like a new car. They agreed to take on my Jeep Grand Cherokee while I was awaiting a tow from roadside assistance to diagnose a starter failure after just finishing a work conference in Winter Park and getting ready to take off for home in Jacksonville. Jeff even stayed well after closing time to make sure that's all it was and nothing more.
